1. Check-in & Check-out
We look forward to welcoming you from 3:00 PM onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM.
2. Our Studios
Each of our four studios has its own unique charm. Studio B is larger than Studio A, and both feature their own private gardens. Studio C is our largest accommodation, offering lovely sea views from its balconies, while Studio D is the smallest of the four, providing a cosy and welcoming space. All our studios are newly built, fully equipped and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay.
3. Housekeeping & Fresh Linen
While breakfast and daily housekeeping are not included, we want you to feel comfortable throughout your visit. For stays of more than three nights, we are happy to provide a complimentary change of towels. For longer stays, fresh bed linen is also provided at no additional charge.
4. Number of Guests
Our rates are based on the number of guests staying in each studio, with an additional charge for each guest beyond two people. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the confirmed reservation.
5. Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy for direct bookings
To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a small advance deposit, usually equivalent to one night’s accommodation or 15% of the total booking amount. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or another agreed method.
Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival, we will gladly refund 50% of your deposit.
6. Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your deposit, we will send you an email confirming your reservation. For last-minute bookings made less than three days before arrival, a deposit may not be required.
7. Care of the Property
We take great care to keep our studios in excellent condition for all our guests. We kindly ask you to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care. Any damage or loss occurring during your stay may result in additional charges.
8. Pets
We understand that pets are part of the family! Small and quiet pets may be welcome upon prior request and subject to our approval. Please contact us before booking if you are planning to bring your furry companion.
9. Smoking Policy
For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the studios.
