Our four apartments are located in Anemomylos, one of the most attractive seaside neighbourhoods of Corfu Town, at 99–101 Alkiviadou Dari Street. The sea is just across the road, while the historic Old Town is within easy walking distance. Anemomylos has a more relaxed, residential atmosphere than the busy Old Town centre, yet offers plenty of restaurants and cafés.

Just a few steps! Simply cross the road to find swimming spots along the Anemomylos waterfront. Mon Repos Beach is approximately 80 metres away. You can also explore swimming spots near the Anemomylos Windmill and Kardaki Beach within the Mon Repos grounds. Start your morning with a swim, return for breakfast and then head out to explore Corfu.

Absolutely! The historic centre is about 15 minutes away on foot, depending on your pace and destination. A beautiful, mostly flat seaside promenade follows Garitsa Bay towards the Old Fortress, with wonderful views of the sea and fishing boats. Continue to Spianada Square and Liston for shops, cafés, restaurants and historic architecture.

Anemomylos offers a generally quieter, more relaxed atmosphere than the busiest streets of the historic centre, especially in summer. Enjoy a leisurely dinner at a local taverna or an evening stroll by the sea. As this is a lively residential seaside area, ordinary street and restaurant activity can still be expected.

Yes! Traditional Greek tavernas, restaurants and seaside cafés are just a short walk away. Around the nearby Alsos park and Garitsa Bay, you will find Greek specialities, grilled dishes, Mediterranean food and Italian cuisine. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner without taking your car, with even more dining options in the Old Town.

Certainly! The sea, local restaurants and pleasant walking areas are all close by. Our larger apartments offer extra living space for families who prefer more room than a typical hotel room. Spend the morning at the beach, enjoy lunch nearby and explore the Old Town without long transfers.

Yes! Space and comfort are among our main advantages. Our four self-contained apartments range from 30 to 85 m².

• Studio A – 55 m²: A two-level apartment with a loft bedroom, living area, kitchen, private patio with sea views and its own parking space. Up to five guests.
• Studio B – 80 m²: A generously sized apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, additional sleeping area and two bathrooms. Up to five guests.
• Studio C – 85 m²: Our largest apartment, arranged over two levels, with living and sleeping areas, kitchen and sea-view balconies. Up to six guests.
• Studio D – 30 m²: A comfortable apartment for two, with kitchen, bathroom and private patio.

Enjoy the independence and flexibility of your own apartment. All four accommodations have private bathrooms, kitchen facilities, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The larger apartments offer separate living and sleeping areas. Prepare breakfast when you like and enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Yes! Studio C has balconies with beautiful sea views, while Studio A offers a private patio with views towards the sea and Old Fortress. The sea is across the road from all four apartments, although views vary by apartment.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding neighbourhood, subject to availability. Finding a space is generally easier than in the busy Old Town. Studio A also has its own private parking space directly in front of the apartment, reserved exclusively for Studio A guests. Guests in the other apartments can use the surrounding public streets.

Yes! A city bus stop is directly in front of the apartments. The journey to the Old Town takes approximately five minutes, depending on traffic. It is a convenient alternative to walking on warmer days. Please check the current routes and timetable when planning your journey.

Not necessarily! If you plan to enjoy Corfu Town, local restaurants and nearby swimming spots, you can spend your holiday without a car. The Old Town is within walking distance and the sea is across the road. For more distant beaches, villages and countryside, renting a car can be a good option.

Definitely! Corfu Town is a convenient base for discovering the island. Explore the Old Town on foot, discover nearby beaches or take day trips using buses, taxis or a rental car. After a day out, return to the relaxed seaside atmosphere of Anemomylos.

Everyday shopping options are available in the surrounding area and around Corfu Town. Please ask us for the nearest currently open mini-market, bakery or supermarket during your stay.

Yes! Generous living space, equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and a convenient location make our apartments appealing for longer stays. Longer bookings may be available in the quieter autumn and winter months, subject to availability. Contact us for dates and rates.

Enjoy newly built, spacious apartments by the sea, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Old Town.

Unlike many apartments in older Old Town buildings along narrow, shaded lanes, our studios offer an open seaside setting. Parking in the Old Town is much harder to find, and reaching your apartment by car is often impossible.

Here, you have direct road access, nearby free street parking subject to availability, and a private parking space for Studio A.
