It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor (loft) bedroom. On the ground floor there are the living room with two sofas/beds , the kitchen and the bathroom. In front of the house there is a private patio providing sea view and also a private parking place.

Unique house (55 sq. m.) being located next to the beaches of the Anemomylos area which is the coastal part of Corfu Town .

It is a fully equipped home . It offers free WI-FI, TV, aircondition, ironing board and iron, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and other equipment. In the private bathroom are provided full amenities (towels, hair dryer, shampoo / shower gel etc.). Most importantly, a garden terrace from where you enjoy the sea and the view of the old fortress. This studio provides a free private parking place right in front of it. Next to the house there are several beaches (Mon Repo, Kardaki etc.) with clear water .

The Ground Floor

The living room can sleep up to 3 persons on a sofa/king size bed and on a standalone bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen . The bathroom has a shower and a laundry machine.
