These three unique houses are situated in the Anemomylos seaside area of Corfu Town (a world heritage site of Unesco) from where begins the along the sea promenade that leads to the historic centre of Corfu. There, you may enjoy a walk , have a ride on a bike (there’s a bicycle path) or go jogging while admiring the stunning views of the Old Fortress and the Garitsa bay.
Beside these the more important in this area is that a few steps from the house you may find several spots (small beaches etc.) for swimming.
The distance from the studios to the historic center of the old town is 1.0 km (15 min of pleasant walk along the seaside pavement). Also, the blue city bus stops in front of the studios every 20 minutes and goes to the center and to Kanoni.
The combination of the easy access to the historic center of the town, the liveliest part of the island during the summer, with the sea right in front, is what makes this area the perfect place for your summer holidays in Corfu.
In the area there are a lot of restaurants with good quality local food (tavernas) and several cafes. The summer night life of the island (clubs and discos etc.) is a 5 ‘ taxi ride from here. Of course, beside the nightclubs, there are also many bars in the center of the Old Town and some very close to our site where you can spent your nights.
This area is a perfect base for exploring the whole island (by car or by bus) since it is located in the center of the island and most of the best beaches are no more than 20-30 minutes drive from here.
