The minimum stay in April, May ,October and during the winter is 2 nights. The rest of the season the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check in time is after 15:00 and check out time is before 12:00 p.m.
Studio B is smaller than studio A but each studio has its own private garden. The studio C is the bigger and provides sea view from the balconies. All studios are new constructions and fully equipped.
There is no breakfast provided neither an everyday cleaning service. For longer reservations (over 5 nights) some free services may be provided such us the change of sheets and towels .
The reservation cost depends on the number of the persons who book the apartment (increases for each extra person over 2). Only the number of persons which is included in the price is allowed to be hosted in the apartment.
Any guest who would like to book one or more studios, will be asked to pay in advance a small (e.g. 1 night cost or a 15%) deposit (by Bank transfer, Paypal etc.). This deposit is normally not refundable in case the guest decides later to cancel the reservation. Only if the guest asks to cancel the reservation at least 60 days before his arrival date half of the deposit will be refunded.
The reservation is confirmed (by email) after the deposit is payed (deposit may not be asked if the booking is done less than 3 days before the guest’s arrival date)

No pets are allowed.
Smoking inside the studios is forbidden.
The house can be rented during the off season months (Nov to March) for a period of 15 days, at special rates
